Export to Excel format at SLA Journal entry
Problem:-
SLA level
accounts details, if we want to analyses by exporting to excel format ? we are
not able to export it to excel format?
Solution:-
Go to System Administator => Profile => system
Find Export MIME type
The site value is showing as text.
Change it to Ms-excel and save.
Then go to SLA accounts details
and Click in Export .
It will ask to save in Excel
Format.
